Airport Transfer Service

Reservation
Reservations are available 3 days prior to your departure.
Servicing Area
Our service coverage is between Tokyo area airports (Narita/Haneda) and anywhere within Tokyo 23 wards.
Additional Stops
Multiple stops are not allowed: There can be only one pick-up location and one drop-off location.
Passengers & Luggage
Vehicle capacity is 2 passengers and up to 2 pieces of luggage. Any issues, such as luggage being unable to fit in the vehicle, are the customers' responsibility.
Fare & Payment
The fee is all inclusive: fare, tax, tolls, and parking.
Payment is to be made by credit card in advance only.
Fleet
The types of vehicles used are small or medium size sedans. However, there is a possibility that the trips might use other types of vehicles such as minivans or vans.
Pick-Up Time
The pick-up time for transportation from the Tokyo's 23 wards to each airport must be set in accordance with the following:

Narita Airport : 3 hours and 30 minutes or more before your flight departure time.
e.g Flight: DL298 10:25am- pick-up time must be before 6:55am
Haneda Airport International Terminal : 2 hours and 30 minutes or more before your flight departure time.
Haneda Airport Domestic Terminal : 1 hour and 30 minutes or more before your flight departure time.
Waiting Time
For airport pick-ups for International Flight in Narita airport and Handa airport:
Taxis will wait for 90 minutes past a customer's actual arrival time.
For airport pick-ups for domestic Flight in Narita airport and Handa airport:
Taxis will wait for 30 minutes past a customer's actual arrival time.
For Tokyo's 23 wards pick-ups in Hotel and Address
Taxis will wait for 30 minutes past a customer's actual departure time.

Failure to contact the company within this timeframe will result in the customer's reservation being considered cancelled. Please call our service desk +81-3-6880-1290.
Change Reservation
We can accept changes to your reservation up until 3 days prior to your reservation only. No changes are available afterwards.
Cancellation
Cancellations received at least 3 days (72 hours, Japan time) prior to the date of departure will be fully refunded. There are NO refunds after this.
Weather Condition and Natural Disaster, etc.
We are not responsible for any issues related to your missed flights due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, traffic and/or accidents.
Child Seat and Junior Seat
No child seats, junior seats, or booster seats are available (Japanese law does not require the use of them).
Japan Rail Pass
Customers are not allowed to exchange JAPAN RAIL PASS at the airport. Customers are necessary to exchange them after reaching their hotels. See the site below for places to exchange:
