You arriving at Narita International Airport Terminal 2, the exit is divided between A zone and B zone. Please inform you to exit the exit gates nearest to the baggage claim carousel. The staff cannot meet you if you exit a different exit due to the congestion at customs.

Custom Inspection is located on 1st floor at the terminal 3 and you will take the elavator or the escarator up to 2nd floor. Our driver will wait you at the arrival lobby on 2nd floor which is in front of the elavotor.
